Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or German public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Germany: 4Euros

EU + World: 7 Euro

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Destinations:
The Rebels Co. ships to addresses within the world.
Optional for International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to a bunch of Countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
The Rebels Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
6. Damages and Lost Packages:
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at infotherebels.co@gmail.com . Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a search investigation.
