Shipping

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase. Please e-mail us to: infotherebels.co@gmail.com

Do not forget to fill out the subject: "Cancel order"

After 1 hour is over it is not possible to cancel your order. However as soon as you have received the package you can send it back to us. (check return &exchange page) 

 

Note: Once you have canceled your order the item will be back in our inventory and may run out of stock soon. 

I received a defective product

Since our products are handmade, errors can happen. We always make sure to double check our handmade items before they get shipped out. However if you received a defective item please e-mail us immediately at infotherebels.co@gmail.com with the following details below.

Don`t forget to fill the subject: "Defective product" 

  1. Order number
  2. Pictures which show the defect
  3. small explanation of the problem

We will review and correct the error as quickly as possible.

 

You must get in touch immediately after receiving the product.

Note: we do not refund any "Defective products" caused by wrong usage of the item. This includes: to much force so zipper rips off, fading due to drying in direct sunlight, not taking care of care instructions. 

 

I have received the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item please e-mail us right away with the following details below: 

 

  1. Order number
  2. photo which shows you ordered a different item
  3. small explanation of the problem 

You must contact us within one week after receiving the item.

I want to modify or change my order

once the order is placed we can not modify  or change your order.

You have one hour to e-mail us about a cancellation. Then you can reorder again.

However if one hour is over we are unable to cancel your order. 

Once you have received the package you can exchange it. Check out our  exchange & refunds page. 

My order has not yet arrived

With every order you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

Please note: Due to Covid-19, customs duties and the war between Russia and Ukraine packages tend to take longer, which is out of our hands. 

When will my order be shipped

I try my best to ship all packages between 3-5 business days. (Including saturdays, excluding sundays and national holidays)

The reason I take a few days is, that I work as a fulltime paramedic with 12hours shifts, which means when I get off work the post office already closed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide! 

We only ship with tracked shipping so you ALWAYS can track your package! Please allow up to 48h for the tracking to work. We ship through DHL and let you know the tracking number &  link to the DHL website. Please be aware that as soon as the package leaves our warehouse in Germany, The Rebels Co. can't track the package anymore.

For any further tracking information on where your package might be you have to contact your local post courier!

As soon as the package is shipped we don't have any control over the packages & shipping time. 

(we just heared from one of our models, that the package to Brazil took about 2 months + to arrive) 

 

For orders outside of EU, Customs could hold your package until certain fees may be paid. The Rebels Co. is not responsible for any custom fees. 

Delivery & Shipping

Are the customs duties included in the price

All of your packages will be send from Germany. 

Since each country has different custom duties, please get in touch with your local customs office if you have to pay for customs.

Please note: 

For countries where there are custom duties to pay, you have to pay them in order to get your package released. Sadly we do not have control over the costs of the fees and they are not refundable. We advise you to get in touch with your local custom office beforehand to get more information.

The shipping company may also notify you in case your package is being held for duties and taxes.

 

Refusal of custom duties:

If you decide to refuse the customs fee, the package will be send back to us and the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

 

Can you deliver to a PO box?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a PO Box yet. 

How much does shipping cost? How long does it take to deliver?

Shipping will always be tracked shipping with a flat rate of €7 worldwide and €5 within Germany.

Maybe the mailman even needs a signature for your approval that you have received the package.

This way you and we are on the safe side that you have received your package. The delivery time depends on the location of the address.

You will always be able to track your package with the provided tracking number. Please allow up to 48hours to update. It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once it is out for delivery, the number of days depends on your country. 

Please note: Due to Covid-19, the war between Russia and Ukrain packages can take longer for you to arrive.

I used a wrong address

Please make sure to double check your address. We won`t be responsible for any packages not arriving due to incorrect address. If you accidently used a wrong address you have one hour after placing the order to e-mail us through our contact form. Please enter below:

  1. Your Name
  2. Order number
  3. Correct address

After the one hour we can not accept any change in address. If the package does come back you can choose to have it shipped to your correct address at your own costs or we cancel the order and we will refund you the money excluding the shipping and handling fees back to our warehouse. 

Exchange, Refund & Return

Can I change the model or size of the item if I do not like it?

Yes, items can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

It is also possible to change both. The model and the size if you wish. To begin with the exchange process please click here for more information.

 

Please note: A product that has been worn, used or washed will not be accepted as it should be returned in its original condition.

Can you send the refund to a different credit card or paypal?

No. Unfortenately we can not send the refund to a different credit card or paypal account used at checkout. If, however the card is not available anymore we can give you store credit which can be used with your next order at checkout.

Do I need to pay for postage fees to return or exchange my product?

The return costs shall be uncurred at your own expense, since we are not able to cover any return postage costs.

How can I exchange my items?

If you don`t like the size or model you can exchange it for a different size, model or design.

Payment, GiftCard & Promo Code

How can I apply a promo code?

Copy the promo code which you want to use. Put the items you want to buy in the cart and press "check out". Then you will get redirected to the adress section and on the right side you can review your order details and enter the discount code! 

How can I use a giftcard?

You will receive an email that contains a digitial gift card with a unique code which you can use at checkout to reedem its value

I forgot to use my promo code

Unfortenately our system does not allow us to apply your promo code after your order has been placed.

What is your base currency?

Our base currency is Euro. However on the top right of my homepage you can enter your country and your local currency should be shown.

How should I take care of my pouches?

Care instructions Pouches:

-Handwash with luke warm water

-dry inside out, avoid direct sunlight

-handwash immediately after salt water use (swimming in ocean)

 

Care instructions Corduroy Tote Bags:

- handwash with luke warm water

-no bleach, mild soap only

- lay flat to dry
