Exchange & Refunds

Important to note before exchanging our products

Your Rebels product must be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please note that your item should not have been worn, used or washed. If we receive a product that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.

 

Make sure you meet all our criteria to start to exchange

1. You have 14 days after reception to send it back. E-Mail us within 3 days.
2. It must be in its original condition.
3. Must not be washed, used or worn.

​Final sale products and (Flaw)less products can not be exchanged or refunded!
We can’t accept an exchange if the above criteria are not met. 



On a paper write down these information below:

1:  Order number
2: buyers name
3: email
4: exchange or refund (depending which you choose)


Prepare package with the product and the paper

make sure to use a shipping bag, preferably the paper one in which we send you the product. It is cheaper than using a box and we don`t produce any more waste. 
please make sure to not fold the pouches. 

when your package is ready go to your local post office

1: get a tracking number! We are not responsible for any lost packages. 
2: if you are outside of Germany (Europe) write on the customs declaration: 
Apparel/Accessoires- German goods returned to Germany

if you forget that and we need to pay for customs we have to refuse the item and it will be send back to you at your own costs which means you won't be able to get a refund. 

When we received the package we will verify that your products meets our standards. Once that is done we will send you either an email on how to exchange your product or we will process a refund and you will receive an email about the refund. 

please note, that it can take up to 15 days for you to see the refund on your bank account. (Especially outside the eu)
